A number of recruitment events are held annually by the Center for Career Development on the UConn campus, giving employers several opportunities to connect with our students.
Each fall semester the Center for Career Development hosts multiple career fairs including a 2-day career fair for all university & STEM majors, as well as our Graduate School Fair. These events are generally held in person, although our Fall 2021 events could potentially be held virtually. During the spring semester, the Center for Career Development hosts multiple career fairs including the Internship & Co-op Fair, Non-Profit & Service Fair, and all University Spring Career Fair.
All career fairs will be held virtually during the Spring 2021 semester.
- Our annual Internship & Co-op Fair is scheduled for Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 11am – 3pm on Handshake.
- The Non-Profit & Service Fair is merging with our all University Spring Fair this year, and will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 11am – 3pm on Handshake.
Prior to several of our fairs, we present a “Navigating the Career Fair Panel” of employers interested in sharing their best practices with our students, to enable them to better prepare for the upcoming event.
