Summer 2016 Internship Applications Now Being Accepted for the UConn Extension Internship Program

The UConn Extension Internship Program is now accepting applications for the Summer 2016 program. Students interested in gaining valuable in-the-field, paid experience in a career-oriented discipline such as Food, Nutrition, Health, Agribusiness, Horticulture, Youth Education, Research and Sustainability at an in-state Extension office location should apply. These internships offer a tremendous opportunity for students to earn income over the summer months while learning and working in a career-oriented role and providing valuable service to Connecticut businesses and residents.

Applications are being accepted now through 11:59 PM on Sunday February 21, 2016 through HuskyCareerLink under the employer name of UConn Extension System or Job ID 31630. Finished applications will include a completed application form, résumé and current transcript (unofficial).

Also, continue your career development efforts while searching for an internship by attending the upcoming Finding an Internship workshop, (the next one is scheduled for Tuesday March 8th at 4:00 PM in room 202 at Laurel Hall).
