Do You Know Your VARK® Preferences?

Most individuals are curious to learn or confirm something about themselves and VARK provides you with just that opportunity to do so.  VARK is an acronym for Visual/Aural/Read & Write/Kinesthetic modalities. The VARK web site has questionnaires that provide insight into how one prefers to learn and teach. After submitting answers to the questionnaires you are provided with strategies for taking in, using, and communicating information. The insights gained will have value both within your academic experience and work settings, as we exist in information rich environments that demand our attention and often require high levels of engagement. Knowing your VARK preferences may confirm what you already intuitively know or help you to reflect upon and manage your preferences in a wide variety of teaching and learning settings.

Visit the VARK web site here and take one or more of questionnaires.
