Duties: Coordinate new hire orientations, maintains up-to-date e-NAEYC portfolios for all LNV sites. Assist with the approval of payroll and processing of time off requests. Ensure classroom coverage in compliance with licensing requirements. Maintain schedule for tuition/fee pick-up in accordance with fiscal policies. Assist with the development and implementation of staff training and development plans.Oversee administrative functions.    Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Business or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience. Must have organizational, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills. Capability to multitask. Full-Time, Family Support Specialist, Team Inc., Waterbury, CT    Duties: Coordinate a range of family activities and provide case management services. Responsibilities will include social service case management, outreach and recruitment, workshop planning and monthly parent meetings.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Qualifications: Candidates should have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Associate’s degree in Human Services (Bachelor’s preferred) or a related field with a minimum of six months relevant experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Full-Time, Home Visitor, Team Inc., Waterbury, CT Duties: Oversee a caseload of 10-12 families including weekly 90 minute home visits.  Implements curriculum for child development during home visits and during playgroup socialization experiences. Assist with recruitment, eligibility determination and intake assessments. Facilitate group socialization experiences and other family group activities. Conduct ongoing screenings and assessments of maternal health and child development goals. Assist with the implementation of Parents and Teachers Foundational Training and Model Implementation. Collaborate with families to establish family development goals. Provide education and support services. Document home visits, socialization experiences and other activities and reporting on outcomes as needed. Monitor and educate parents with regard to children’s health status.   Qualifications: Must possess an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Services or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred) with 2+ year’s relevant experience. Must have a knowledge of Early Childhood Education and developmentally appropriate practices for infants and toddlers as well as experience with individualized and group lesson planning. The ability to work with diverse populations, the willingness to work primarily in homes of low-income families. Must have strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and computer skills. Knowledge of community resources. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
