The JumpStart Advisory Group was founded by John Burt and Elton Ndoma-Ogar who observed a lack of diversity in the financial services and consulting industries. In 2004, the partners formed the JumpStart Advisory Group to create a pipeline between highly qualified candidates and employers in those fields committed to strengthening their businesses by improving diversity and inclusion efforts.
Students and emerging professionals can jump-start their careers with professional development through career forums, webinars, and networking opportunities.
JumpStart Advisory Group is hosting a Financial Services and Consulting Diversity Forum to encourage career preparation and corporate engagement and provide insight into careers such as management consulting, finance, tech, general management industries, and more.
