Wells Fargo: Corporate & Investment Banking Diverse Pathways Forum

The Wells Fargo Diverse Pathways Forum is designed for current sophomores who are interested in the financial services industry (investment banking, sales & trading, corporate banking, and commercial real estate). During the forum, you will have the chance to hear from various professionals on their experience in the industry, learn more about the different groups within Corporate & Investment Banking and receive advanced technical training. You will also learn how to navigate the summer analyst recruiting process and be considered for interviews for paid summer 2022 internship opportunities.
Summit Activities Include:

· Learning about Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), the financial services industry, and careers in investment banking, sales & trading, corporate banking, and commercial real estate

· Networking with senior management and CIB professionals

· Participating in information sessions, panels, and technical training

· Learning how to navigate the summer analyst recruiting process

Participant Eligibility Requirements:

The Corporate & Investment Banking Diverse Pathways Forum is designed to be a best in class program to provide a pipeline for high-potential candidates into future job opportunities within our firm. Wells Fargo will focus on candidates from diverse backgrounds.

In order to be selected, you must be a current sophomore pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any major with an expected graduation date of December 2022 or May/June 2023.
