UConn Researchers Explore Role of the Black Female Principal in Schools

Three UConn scholars from the Neag School of Education set out to learn more about the commitment of Black female principals during this time of uncertainty and heightened awareness of racial inequalities. The researchers found that these principals fought for their schools and students despite the challenges they faced in their personal lives.
