Alum Roars into Children’s Toy Market with Colorful Plush Dinosaurs, Plans for Complementary Books

UConn Alum Lyla Andrick has launched “Happy Dinosaur”, a line of colorful plush toys aimed at fostering creativity in children ages 2-8. The brand, which began in her dorm room, has grown rapidly and is now expanding to include complementary books, and even a TV show! Andrick’s plush toys are made from sustainable materials and offer customizable options. She will compete for a $30,000 grand prize this October 1st at the upcoming Wolff New Venture Competition.
