2024 First Destination Outcomes For Undergraduate Students

I’m pleased to report that the results for the 2024 graduating class indicate that 92% of undergraduate students have reported favorable outcomes (employed 58%, continuing education 33%, other 1%) at the six-month post-graduation milestone. A 92% favorable outcome rate equals last year’s rate (the highest recorded rate) and represents an 8-percentage point increase since the Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills started tracking these outcomes in 2016.

Our methodology is based on the national standards set by the National Association of Colleges and Employers. The full outcomes report can be found on the data visualization page beginning Monday, December 23rd. On this page you can to sort results by academic year (starting with 2016), school/college, and academic major.
