Alexandra Pierce

Alexandra Pierce is the Graduate Assistant for College to Career Transitions and Alumni Services at the Center for Career Development. In this role, her major projects include the development of the new Senior Year Experience course for graduating students and creation of presentations and programs focusing on the post-UConn transition, including the Beyond UConn conference and graduate school fair. For the previous two years, Alexandra has worked as a Graduate Assistant in Career Coaching, where she supported students with their major and career exploration. She was also heavily involved in an initiative with Residential Life and focused on updating and assessing the UConn Career Planner.

Alexandra graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She held roles as a mental health worker and data analyst prior to coming to UConn, where she earned her Master of Arts in Educational Psychology in 2018 and is currently pursuing her PhD in Educational Psychology.
