Spencer Hayes

Spencer Hayes (she/her) is the Programming Graduate Assistant at the Center for Career Development. Within this role, Spencer supports in the coordination of the Center’s career-readiness programs including the development, planning, implementation, and hosting of annual and special events. Spencer is also a member of the Center’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, DE&I, that focuses on the designing, planning, and executing of focused career events related to the Center’s Affinity Communities.

Spencer graduated from UConn in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. She graduated in May 2021 from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy, University at Albany with a Master of International Affairs. Spencer has returned to UConn to pursue her PhD in Political Science with concentrations in International Relations and Comparative Politics.
