The UConn Center for Career Development’s Corporate Advisory Council is comprised of representatives from our most actively engaged employers on campus and strategic members of UConn staff (CCD, academic advising and learning communities). The goals for the council are to provide an opportunity for feedback from our most active corporate recruiters, including areas of improvement for career programming and student career preparation. The council provides valuable guidance on best practices and hiring trend information. In addition, the center for career development provides value to our partners through professional development and networking opportunities at 3 meetings per year.
