Life Skills Series: Work/ Life Balance & Managing Anxiety

As a student and an employee, it can be difficult to manage your stress and anxiety. Separating work and personal life is challenging, and these feelings can make their way into your personal time and keep you from relaxing at home. During this workshop, University Counseling and Mental Health Services will teach stress management strategies to help combat this. Afterward, the Center for Career Development will discuss how to create a healthy work/life balance, including topics such as how to set boundaries around work-related communication during non-business hours, establishing a routine at home, and self-care practices.
