Networking Reception for College Students with Disabilities in the U.S.

Lime Connect represents the largest network of high-potential university students and professionals – including veterans – who happen to have disabilities in the world. Our partners value the intellectual capital and unique perspectives that individuals with disabilities bring to them, and have worked with us to integrate disability as a full component of their overall diversity strategy.  They have each realized strong hiring success via our partnership, and love meeting members of The Lime Network face to face.

We host receptions for individuals across the U.S. and Canada for current university students (undergrad, grad, and Ph.D.), new grads, and experienced professionals who are seeking internships, co-ops, and full-time/mid-career opportunities – or who are building relationships for future career growth. Receptions are hosted in the late afternoons/early evenings, and opportunities include great roles that can range from investment banking and investment management, finance, accounting, advisory/consulting, supply chain, software development, business analytics, sales, and research & development, to HR, marketing, technology, leadership/talent rotation programs and more.

We, and our partners, put talent first, and our receptions are not “job fairs,” but are great opportunities to network one-on-one and develop relationships with corporate execs and recruiters.
