Target Diversity Leadership Symposium (August 3-5, 2022) - Deadline to Apply June 3rd

Target is hosting a 3-day virtual career development program, August 3rd – 5th, for 100 rising juniors (graduating December 2023 – August 2024). This program will explore the intersection of diversity and inclusion and the retail industry. Attendees will learn about careers at Target, engage and network with Target leadership, participate in a case-study, job shadow team members and much more.

Interested attendees must apply and be accepted in order to participate in the symposium. The application deadline is June 3rd. View the following details for more information on eligibility and application instructions. 

  • Who is eligible to participate? Rising Juniors graduating between December 2023 and August 2024 who are interested in career opportunities with Target.
  • Is it open to all majors? Yes! Please refer to the program-specific postings to learn more about eligibility criteria.
  • Where do I apply? Students will apply to the program-specific posting that best fits their skills and interests. Applications can be found here and a detailed overview of programs is attached in the flyer.
  • What’s in it for students? Students will have the opportunity to virtually participate in workshops and events centered on personal and professional development, they will gain insight into Target’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and will have the opportunity to interview for a Summer 2023 Internship! Additionally, they will have the opportunity to connect with other students across the country as well as leaders across Target in various fields.
