Get practical advice from some of BCG’s parents and carers who have returned to work

Welcome to BCG’s Return to Work job simulation! We’re excited to have you here!

In the ever-changing and fast-paced business ecosystem, it is essential to stay up to date and upskill oneself continuously.  We understand returning to work from a parental or caregiving leave can be challenging both emotionally and physically. The return-to-work job simulation will equip you with tactics for your smooth return to work. The program also aims to simplify the associated transitions like balancing work and family needs, setting yourself up for success in the dynamic work environment, and managing stakeholder expectations.

BCG partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark impactful change through leading-edge management consulting as well as data science, technology and design, digital ventures, and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization to deliver results that help our clients thrive.

At BCG, we are proud to provide the best-in-class benefits that support working parents and carers. We are dedicated to providing you with an environment to thrive and succeed. In this program, you will explore important aspects of returning to work after leave, advocating for your needs (and your family’s), flexible options for individuals returning to work, managing expectations, and finding win-win solutions that work for you, your team, and the firm.

Most importantly, remember, you are not alone! We are here to guide you in your return to work and help set you up for success in this new phase of your professional journey.

Disclaimer: Participation in this job simulation is not an employment relationship with BCG. It is our policy that you do not list your completion of this program as work or internship experience on your CV, LinkedIn, or any other social media or professional platform. For guidance on how to accurately represent your experience, review the Forage CV referencing policy.

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 3-4 hours to complete.
