We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our Field Sales Force throughout major cities in the New England and New York area.
We are offering a challenging and rewarding entry level position beginning this summer. While participating in a continuous training process, Territory Sales Managers will be accountable for a variety of responsibilities which include:
•Working alongside a team of territory sales managers lead by a unit manager
•Overseeing and managing the day to day business of a sales territory (An average sales territory generates $15 million in annual sales and is comprised of approximately 130 established accounts)
•Learning how to sell company initiatives to retail partners, including promotions, inventory management and pricing strategies and more
•Creating and executing a high-level business analysis and execution plans
•Presenting your ideas and insights to members of upper management
•Receiving and applying feedback from all stakeholders on an ongoing basis

We are seeking students in an accredited college/university, preferably, but not limited to the status of a senior graduating in 2017. Because driving is required for the position, you must have a valid U.S. driver license in good standing for the last 3 years. Any DUI/DWI conviction in the last 3 years will be an immediate disqualifier for the position. You must be eligible to work full time within the United States without sponsorship. Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis).
