Office administrator to assist with everyday office duties in busy Norwalk office such as answering time sensitive e-mails, scheduling, calendaring, creating invoices, filing, light bookkeeping duties, assist clients. Attention to detail is essential in this in-office position. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of the workings of Zoom meetings, DropBox and box.com, etc. a plus.
Must be an excellent organizer.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be personable and dependable.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Job Type: Part time (not a summer short-term position)
Hours: 9:00 to 1:00 Monday through Friday (20 hours a week).
Work will be located in Norwalk, CT
Experience: At least 2 years of general office experience
