CED’s Management Training Program is a paid, multi-phase, full-time program tailored to sales-minded candidates who are eager to grow into management positions in a fast-paced, evolving industry. This in-person program teaches every aspect of our business – preparing the candidate to run their own business location within the New England area. CED is also known locally under several branch names, including All Phase Electric Supply in Connecticut, while remaining part of the nationwide Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) network.
Management Trainees explore all aspects of the electrical distribution field with a focus on business management, sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Key competencies include:

Each trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job training and supplemented with classroom and online module training. Trainees will visit manufacturing partners, vendors, and participate in many training/networking opportunities.
No prior industry experience is required – CED provides all the tools and training needed to succeed. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator, geographically flexible, and a possess an entrepreneurial spirit. We are hiring position across the New England area.
