CooperSurgical Human Resources Summer Intern

The Human Reources team is looking for an engergetic, creative, outgoing, professional, honest, self starter to gain working experience in the Human Resources field.
During the summer program the HR Intern will assist executing goals, such as working on a new employee onboarding project, making improvements to our HR Internet, assist with GPTW data, assist with Companywide Training Programs, help streamline online shared documents, help manage a summer event for employees and virtual wellness fair. In this role you will be able to join new hire inerviews, exit interviews, employee relations issues and company acquisitons There will be an opptortunity to assit in creating reports and presentations.
You are currently an undergrad student • You have demonstrated an interest in pursuing a career in HR through coursework or prior internships experience • You are a self-starter, who can work independently and is proactive • You are organized and pay close attention to detail • You are able to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests and can meet deadlines • You have strong research skills and the ability to analyze and share findings to gain insights, data and identify trends • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge Microsoft Office a must • You must have a high level of professionalism with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Hours can be flexible (no Friday’s) – 24-32 hours per week.
