Fugazy Sports & Entertainment is well-versed in creating multi-faceted operational plans, covering all aspects of event transportation needs including personnel, sponsor vehicles, car service, busing, shuttles, parking, traffic control and coordination with state / local officials. Our goal is to provide clients with customized programs that satisfy all of their transportation needs, as well as alleviate any stress that typically comes from such an overwhelming but crucial aspect of an event.

Fugazy Sports & Entertainment is looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team. The role would be part-time and hopefully lead to a full-time position. In this role, the Event Coordinator helps manage all client details and works closely with other team members to coordinate third-party vendor support to ensure the execution of each program. During event days the Event Coordinator leads the implementation and management of various facets of the hospitality program/venue, including cars, buses, shuttles, and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Support logistics planning, including: recruiting and onboarding event personnel, staff and equipment schedules, organizing supplies and other operational needs
- Coordinate ground transportation and monitor service
- Assist with overseeing day to day to operations and maintaining a high standard of quality service for all customers including athletes, VIP guests, client staff and key stakeholders
- Responsible for entering and managing client reservations
- Supporting day-of execution including coordination with team/vendors, last minute logistical needs, ensuring effective set-up/execution of event and providing course correcting instructions/directions, when needed
- Performing post event duties such as expense processing, invoice reconciliation, event success assessments and assisting with next steps such as providing feedback to team/vendors to improve process

Education
- Bachelor
Qualifications/Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in Google Workspace
- 1-2 years experience working events (preferred)
- Customer service experience (plus)
Physical Requirements
- During events being able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 20-45 lbs when needed
