Primary Tasks:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, including booking invoices, confirming bills are approved, and remitting payment
- Produce weekly cash flow report detailing firm expenditures and current cash position
- Compile expense invoices for portfolio companies
- Process expense reports and ensure appropriate account coding
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with ad-hoc requests for annual Financial Statement audits

Quarterly and Annual Financial Reporting, launching funds and creating entities through Littlejohn’s Private Equity strategy, Capital Activity processes, Accounting for deal sourcing and acquisition, Portfolio Company investment management, Intercompany accounting, Alternative Investments audit procedures, Accounting controls and information systems
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Junior or Senior studying Accounting or Finance
- Completion of introductory accounting classes – intermediate and advanced accounting experience is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn
- Prior experience working in Accounting or Alternative Investments
Weekly Schedule: Minimum of 3 full days a week
