The Campaign Fellow (Fellow) will either report to the Campaign Manager or the Organizing Director, depending upon the assigned department. The expected outcome of the fellowship grants equal weight to the value the Fellow can bring to the team and the experience and skills the Fellow receives from the opportunity. Areas of interest will be strongly considered when assigning the Fellow a department to work within, but ultimately the needs of the campaign will guide all assignments.
Essential Job Functions:
Job functions for each Fellow will depend on their assigned department. Examples of duties within each department are provided below. IN PERSON and REMOTE opportunities available – Anticipate 10 – 12 hours per week
- Recruiting and managing volunteers, data analysis, and leading trainings.
- Assisting in candidate call time, coordinating fundraising events, and writing email copy.
- Drafting talking points, leading social media outreach, and writing OpEds and LTEs.
- Staffing the campaign manager, liaising between stakeholders, and scheduling.
