This physical therapist opportunity could be exactly what you’re looking for in the new year as you strive to improve your personal goals while reducing stress and increasing job satisfaction. Learning more about our work environment could make your decision to change easier.

I have been practicing orthopedic physical therapy for thirty-three years and have created a low-stress, moderate-sized, manual outpatient PT clinic with a varied orthopedic caseload treating only two patients per hour. The patient volume, humble staff personalities, weekly clinical development meetings and comprehensive competitive benefits package all promote the pursuit of clinical growth and excellence of our team. We have over 300 physicians who trust us with their referrals annually. Most of our patients are self-referred and find us after extensive research and word of mouth (currently 35% direct access).

We are the most well-respected manual PT clinic in the region because of our clinical staff’s 85 years of cumulative manual therapy experience. Our team is very comfortable mentoring therapists with various skill levels. Our office staff is equally talented and seamlessly completes the ultimate patient experience. This rewarding position could be a healthy match for you. The following describes some of the ways our staff is appreciated.

· Competitive compensation package

· Sign on bonus

· Schedule flexibility with no weekend coverage

· Generous vacation allowances and paid time off

· Quarterly and annual incentive bonuses based upon productivity and documentation outcomes

· New grad clinical mentoring with college debt reduction bonuses

· Matching 401K plan

· Strong benefits package including health insurance and liability coverage

· Continuing education reimbursement

If you are intrigued by the description of our clinic, pursuing this opportunity will not be a waste of your time. I would enjoy a chat with you to discuss your future and how our mutual goals can align. It is still possible to love your job and feel rewarded at the end of your workday. Learn how our treatment environment can have that impact on you.
