OUTREACH ASSOCIATE: PROJECT WELL
Project Well, a growing healthcare business headquartered in Connecticut, is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as an Outreach Associate providing customer service to our members. Project Well partners with hospitals and health plans to offer a food-is-medicine program in order to foster lasting dietary change and improved health outcomes for chronically ill people. We need an enthusiastic and empathetic individual who can listen to member issues and offer a solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong interest in customer success or user experience. Project Well will train the candidate in company policies, product knowledge and various software platforms that will be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to members.
Connect with and deliver above-and-beyond member service through phone, text and email regarding program enrollment, meal deliveries and any real-time issues that may arise.
Coordinate with Project Well Registered Dietitians to ensure members receive the best possible attention and personalized interaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with members and establish a positive rapport with every member and food vendor.
Utilize and master our internal platform/app to efficiently, effectively and consistently deliver exceptional service while meeting company quality standards.
Ability to provide seamless support between multiple communication channels: including phone, text, email, and web platform/app.
Flexible, versatile, positive, passionate, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Experience with vulnerable and elderly populations, a plus.
Fluency in Spanish also a plus.
Project Well is looking for candidates who possess the following skills:
- Effective communication skills
- Strong coordination and logistics skills
- Willingness to learn new software programs
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but a related associate’s degree or 2-year certification program may be acceptable.
