Additionally, knowledge of California employment law is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of California or anticipating licensure. The Associate position will involve an extensive amount of motion practice and legal writing. Thus, the ideal candidate must have exceptional writing and analytical skills. From an early point in their tenure with the firm, associates are presented with the opportunity to independently manage their own caseload under their own direction.
