About Us
We are an ed-tech startup developing an innovative app called Scholar Dollars that helps students create their college profiles and match them with scholarships. We are looking for a talented UX Design Student to create a high-quality Figma prototype that we will use for demo purposes. This is an excellent opportunity for a design student to gain real-world experience and add a valuable project to their portfolio and the opportunity to continue on to larger projects.
How to Apply
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to understand the user flow and requirements for the app.
- Create an intuitive and engaging Figma prototype for a mobile app targeting high school and college students.
- Incorporate gamification elements in the design to appeal to younger users.
- Develop wireframes, interactive mockups, and user interfaces that reflect the brand’s friendly, student-centric tone.
- Deliver a fully interactive prototype in Figma that can be used for demonstrations and investor presentations.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Experience with Figma and proficiency in wireframing and prototyping.
- A solid portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work, especially mobile apps.
- Understanding of gamification principles and how to apply them to enhance user engagement.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with a remote team.
