1. Managing orders process from customer request to post sale service: fabric and samples orders, fabric reserves, prices and offers, stock check availability, product information. Dealing with sales projects, supporting prices and commissions set up in accordance with the commercial strategies and guide lines.
2. Deliver world class customer service at all times. Ensure retention of profitable customers by providing value to them.
3. Assuring an update customer portfolio, maintaining an accurate management of orders and reserves.
4. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
5. Generate sales leads
6. Manage incoming calls
7. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
8. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
9. Providing ultimate customized services on individual basis, establishing long-lasting business relationship.
10. Managing process relationship with accounts to assure constant check on clients statement, due payments, sales taxes positions, trade licenses control.
11. Handle customer complaints, Ensure best practices for issue resolution and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, returns, etc
12. Handle general office duties and commercial aspects associated with the running of the sales activities;
13. Lend support to the sales agents in their sales/promotion actions, to drive sales and meet target goals
14. Contribute to create a positive collaborative atmosphere
15. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
16. Take the extra mile to engage customers
