Office & Sampling Assistant (Part-Time | Interior Textiles)
About Us
We are a fast-growing company specializing in high-end Italian-made textiles for luxury interiors. Our collections are crafted with care and designed to inspire top-tier interior designers working in both residential and hospitality spaces around the world.

We collaborate with a global network of clients and agents, and we’re now looking for an Office & Sampling Assistant to support the coordination of sample orders and the smooth flow of our operations.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our day-to-day office life. You’ll be responsible for managing and fulfilling sample requests, organizing our textile archive, and supporting the team in keeping everything running with precision and creativity.

You’ll gain insight into how a creative business in the interior design world operates — from product development to client support.

What You’ll Do

Process incoming sample orders from clients and sales agents

Carefully prepare and ship textile samples

Keep track of requests, shipments, and stock levels

Maintain an organized and visually inspiring studio sample library

Collaborate with our production and sales teams to ensure everything stays on track

Who You Are

Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

Communicative, proactive, and curious

Interested in interior design, textiles, or the creative industries

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Bonus: You love beautiful materials, textures, and the tactile world of fabric
