The successful candidate will recruit for clinical positions across the region (Central and Northern CT, Springfield, MA area). We are seeking an experienced recruiter who knows how to source creatively–the more sourcing experience the better as this is a primary function!

Work Hours/Shift:
- 40 hours Mon-Fri days, remote work from home acceptable
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Develops and implements recruitment strategies and campaigns to fill vacancies in client departments.
- Receives employment requisitions from Hospital managers and initiates selected recruitment activities.
- Technical Familiarity: Reviews resumes/applications and receives telephone calls from perspective applicants. Screens and interviews candidates, refers qualified applicants to hiring department(s). Maintains data in electronic database.
- Active Teamwork: Creates effective sourcing strategies to find candidates outside of applicant tracking system using networking, social media, online searches and other techniques
- Strong Educator: Counsels hiring manager with respect to interview process, techniques and documentation, selection, candidate qualifications, employment trends and compensation.
- Meets monthly with managers to identify staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment efforts.
- Excellent Communicator: Extends verbal and written job offers, and negotiates compensation packages with candidates.
Requirements:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related Talent Acquisition experience and knowledge of related Human Resources practices. Healthcare and Nursing recruitment experience strongly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to source for candidates beyond the applicants– online, social media, utilizing networking and recruitment sites like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Master’s preferred).
- CPC, SPHR, PHR or one of the AIRS Certifications preferred.
