For those of you who submitted your terms papers on time, found pulling together diverse sources easy, found connecting ideas fun, and you miss school not just for the partying but how you grew intellectually and socially as a person and left the teenage years behind, we are the place for you. If you’ve loved your work, we are for you. We balance innovation and discipline. Creativity and criticism. We want you to be YOU. We don’t have a mold for you.
We want to be your first job in a small high tech company – there are 90 of us today – across from Yale as you discover yourself while you CONTRIBUTE your effort and talents and LEARN about how WORK is done and products built and supported. We are about change, opportunity and discovery.
We are committed to the common good while also keeping a focus on MONEY: we have enterprise customers, customers in exotic places like New Zealand, Greece, Kenya, Hawaii, and New Jersey and the program to keep kids in school and out of jail and also help the incarcerated stay out of prison after release.
We need help from a recent grad or a year or two out – someone who can write – someone who can analyze a work process and someone who can communicate and learn from others. interact with software engineers, security , sales, solutions, customer support, legal – the whole company! In time, move to another role that you wish to explore – talk to customers, analyze contracts, work in Marketing, run a booth at a conference, write blogs, find sales your dream, whatever. Reminder: In any tech company less than 20% of the people are actually tech.
We are very diverse and the average salary for women in our company is the same as that for the men.
And we are the place to find your niche – We have doubled in size every three years which means lots of opportunities, taking on responsibilities that make you strong, and as you settle in and in a year or two be the veteran that the new kids look up to.
Work for one of our founders directly!
