Evaluates and mentors Cabin staff
Plans and directs all unit activities.
Ensures camper and staff safety during summer program
Supervises unit activities and cabin staff that they meet State, ACA and YMCA ratios and regulations.
Supervises Cabin Acts.
Assists Program Director in the planning and implementation of evening programs.
Assists Program director with scheduling of all camp programs
Assists in staff training
Attends morning support staff meetings
Works a table at check in and check out
Works one hold-over weekend
Develop/Supervise Unit Clean-up schedule/all camp clean up
Does a daily cabin inspection
Deals with second step of camper discipline-homesick problems
Writes evaluations on each unit staff member each session
Assists in camp night supervision (CQ)
Any other duties assigned by the Camp Director.
At least 20 years of age
Demonstrated ability to lead people and programs
Positive role model for staff and peers on and off duty
