We are a student ran club that is dedicated to finding sustainable solutions as well as educating ourselves about the different types of sustainable practices through the support of being a part of a branch of an international organization Net Impact. We promote sustainable solutions to our peers while also accounting for a more business perspective. Our 3 main goals as a club are to decrease our carbon footprint, decrease the amount of plastic consumption, and then to increase the student body awareness on what they can do better everyday. We also want to give students the opportunity to explore and practice within their respective field how they can apply they’re particular major to sustainability. We want to utilize this club to also be a great way to show how they can contribute to helping preserve our planet. Every perspective is needed in order for sustainability to be achieved so all majors are welcome.
