Doctoral Pathways Network: Careers in University Administration and Leadership

Across campus, many professionals with doctoral degrees are contributing to student success, institutional strategy, research development, communication, and more. The Doctoral Pathways Network: Careers in University Administration and Leadership program uses an informational interview approach for doctoral student participants to learn about higher education administrative and leadership career paths that individuals with doctoral degrees have pursued in our UConn community. These individuals are referred to as Doctoral Pathways Network Connectors.

If you are a UConn doctoral student and interested in meeting with a Connector, please fill out this registration form https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/7nGMs1nqG0. After registering, you will receive a detailed guide that includes Connectors’ bios and tips about conducting informational interviews and reaching out.
