UConn hosts numerous career fairs each year at the Storrs campus and regional campuses, all organized by the Center for Career Readiness & Life Skills. Our signature events are listed below.

Storrs Fall Career Fairs: All University & STEM, 11-3 at the Student Union.
Both fairs will take place in the Student Union and are designed to connect employers with talented UConn students across disciplines.
- Tuesday, September 22 – All-Majors Fair
Featuring employers representing a wide range of industries and career paths.
- Wednesday, September 23 – STEM Fair
Featuring employers focused on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields and majors.
Stamford Fall Career Fair – Wednesday, October 7, 1:00 – 4:00 PM, Rich Concourse, Stamford Campus
This fair welcomes employers from all industries recruiting for current and future internships, co-ops, and full-time opportunities at UConn’s largest regional campus. Students at the Stamford campus are pursuing degrees in Business, Communication, Digital Media Design, Economics, Engineering, English, Human Development & Family Science, History, Political Science, and Psychological Sciences. The student population primarily consists of first- and second-year students who are eager to explore career paths and gain early experience through internships and co-op opportunities. There are also masters degree programs and students at our Stamford campus.
UConn Hartford Career Fair – Thursday, November 5, 3:00 – 6:00 PM, Zachs Atrium
Previously known as the Winter Break Career Fair, this reimagined event features a new date and format designed to attract UConn students, particularly those based at the Hartford campus, who are seeking internship and employment opportunities in the Greater Hartford area.
Internship & Co-op Fair – Wednesday, February 3, 2027, 11:00– 3:00, Student Union, Storrs
Open to employers across all industries, this fair focuses on recruiting for internship and co-op opportunities, with options to promote full-time positions as well. The fair welcomes students of all majors, creating a dynamic environment for employers to connect with candidates seeking hands-on experience and early career pathways.
Stamford Spring Career Fair – Mid-March, 1:00 – 4:00 PM, Rich Concourse, UConn Stamford
This fair serves more than 2,400 students at UConn’s largest regional campus and welcomes employers recruiting across a wide range of industries. Students are pursuing four-year degrees in Business, Communication, Computer Science, Digital Media & Design, Economics, English, Human Development & Family Sciences, History, Political Science, Psychological Sciences, and Sociology, along with first- and second-year students from additional majors who are exploring career pathways and early experience opportunities. The fair also attracts graduate-level talent, including students from programs such as the MBA, MS in Business Analytics & Project Management (MSBAPM), MS in Financial Risk Management (MSFRM), Master of Public Administration, Master of Social Work, and MS in Quantitative Economics, as well as those enrolled in graduate teacher certification and accelerated nursing programs.
Storrs Spring Career Fair – March/Early April 2027, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, UConn Storrs
Still looking to fill a role? Come to our Spring Career Fair, where you’ll find all the talent you need – or get a jump on your fall recruiting and talk with students about upcoming opportunities. This fair will reach students in pursuit of degrees at all levels, in all majors; and is open to employers across all industries recruiting for jobs, co-ops and internships.
