Student employee evaluations play a critical piece in a student’s learning, by offering feedback and opportunities to grow and learn. A productive evaluation process begins closer to the start date than the end date though, with clear expectations established right from the beginning. In this session, the student evaluation process will be explored in depth, demonstrating how to use the NACE Career Readiness Competencies as a vehicle for ongoing support, direction, and overall success.
