During this session, Career Champions learn more about how to advise students with disabilities around whether or not and when to disclose their disability in relation to accommodations that might be needed for an internship or job. The discussion also provides insight into the differences between remote and in-person work modalities for students with disabilities. We hear from staff in the Center for Students with Disabilities and members of the disabled employee support network from Synchrony, an employer partner, who provides their unique insights into this challenging decision that some of our students face.
