Black History Month Spotlight: Ade Adesanya

February is Black History Month, and to celebrate today we’ll be highlighting Ade Adesnya, entrepreneur and founder of Moving Analytics!

Ade Adesnya was born in Nigeria in 1990, and immigrated to the United States for college
where he attended the University of Houston and got his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
Engineering. Adesnya then went on to obtain his Master’s degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from the University of Southern California in 2013. After getting his Master’s, Adesnya founded Moving Analytics in June of 2013.

Moving Analytics is a company that aims to transform the digital health landscape, and it currently assists hospitals in managing patients with heart disease. They achieved this by creating an at-home cardiac rehab program for patients who recently had cardiac surgery.

Adesnya’s advice for aspiring entrepreneurs includes starting everything with empathy, being honest and open with those around you, and to sort out your priorities each day.
