12twenty is your one stop shop for all things Career Center! 12twenty is an online platform where UConn students can connect with the Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills for career coaching, UConn departments looking for student employees, and employers looking to recruit UConn talent for internships and full-time positions. UConn students, alumni, departments looking to hire student employees, faculty and staff, and UConn partner employers have access to 12twenty! Use the links below to learn more.

Students

Log In To 12twenty

12twenty is your career hub, connecting you with jobs, events, insights, coaching, and more. With 12twenty you can:

  • Find on-campus jobs
  • Book an appointment with a Career Coach
  • Research and connect with employers looking to recruit UConn students
  • Search and download sample résumés
  • Search for and register for Career Fairs and events
  • Find and apply for internships, full-time positions, and other opportunities

For UConn students, 12twenty uses Single Sign On (SSO) as you login, so all you need is your NetID!

Alumni

UConn Alumni can request a 12twenty account and have access to all the features listed above for current students. All you need to do get started is to click the Alumni account request link below and provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Personal Email Address
  • Year of Graduation
  • Graduation Term (May, August, December)
  • Degree Level
  • Major or Field of Study

Employers

UConn’s job platform is free and accessible to all students and alumni, making it easy to connect with top talent. To post jobs to UConn’s 12twenty job board, log in to your existing 12twenty account or sign up for an account.

University Employers

UConn’s Office of Student Financial Aid Services – Student Employment manages access to the 12twenty platform for those looking to post student employment jobs. To learn more, check out the University Employers User Guide and request an account here.

Questions about 12twenty for university employers can be directed to studentjobs@uconn.edu.

Faculty/Staff

Faculty and staff looking to request an account can fill out the form here. Included in the email should be the purpose of use for the system so the Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills can determine what type of account access is required. Postdocs can also use this form but do not need to provide a purpose for the request.
