The vision of the Center for Career Development is to create a university-wide career readiness culture that prepares all students for post-graduation success. As we know, students seek advice and support not only from the Career Center but also from professors, advisors, supervisors, coaches, alumni, recruiters, and peers. To support the vision of Career Everywhere, we have a Career Champion Program for UConn faculty, staff, employer and alumni partners who share an interest in supporting students’ career success. By becoming a Career Champion, you can share your insights, advice and perspective with students and fellow Career Champions. You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your UConn network by meeting and partnering with other Career Champions, receive invites to exclusive Career Champion networking events, and gain access to resources and trainings that will aid you in your career conversations with students.
