We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and reliable professional to join our global team in Stamford (CT), in the dual role of Executive Services & Corporate Operations Associate. This position will support the organization by providing first class administration support and will ensure the smooth day to day running of the office. In addition, this candidate will closely support the Executive Services team by liaising with executives regarding their online investment and compensation accounts, by compiling data analytics for our clients and by performing system and audit related tasks. This is a role for a true team player who uses their initiative, has great attention to detail, works well under pressure and always with a smile.
Duties and Responsibilities
Executive Services Associate
- Communicate with Financial Services executives regarding online investment & compensation accounts
- Coordinate the resolution of complex issues or concerns received from executives with input from various internal or external teams
- Facilitate the set-up and execution of plan related events including, but not limited to: event creation within the EWM System, document generation and posting, collection of electronic signatures and elections, and mass communications
- Coordinate with internal teams to process market events and corporate actions for both domestic and international securities
- Compile and deliver executive and plan related data analytics to clients
- Analyze business inefficiencies and assist with process (re)engineering
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Executive Services Manager
Corporate Operations Associate
- Organize day to day office management
- Manage phone and mail correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, international travel and company events
- Order office equipment, supplies, stationery & refreshments
- Manage vendor relationships
- Manage accounts payable/receivable & prepare employee expense reports
- Assist with company-wide initiatives communicated by CEO/COO
