Excel Partners, Inc., is a staffing firm located in Norwalk, CT. We have been supporting clients in the Tri-State area for over 28 years with their permanent and temporary staffing needs. We specialize in Accounting and Finance, Administrative and Temporary placement services.
As a Recruiting Associate you will be responsible for developing candidate relationships via networking, referral generation, and various social media platforms. The Recruiting Associate will interview and evaluate candidates as well as match applicants to our open positions and run the full life cycle of an applicant’s search.
Recruiting Associates will also be responsible for targeting and acquiring new clients (hiring entities), successfully maintaining, and building strong relationships with such clients to maintain and grow the volume of business we have with them.
All Recruiting Associates will be responsible to complete our training program.
A day in the life of a recruiter can be quite dynamic and we are looking for applicants with the passion for success! Additionally, candidates should have a BS/BA (or pursuing a degree); and about 0-3 years of related experience; business-to-business sales or other related sales experience is a plus.
Candidates need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of switching gears quickly. Recruiting Associates will be well spoken, poised, professional, outgoing, and committed to providing a very high level of service to both internal and external parties.

Compensation will range from $45-65K plus commission
