This intensive new graduate position provides a unique and well-rounded career experience for new college and university engineering graduates who are looking to apply their educational learning in a hands-on environment. The participant will rotate through a variety of departments with the first year starting out in application engineering and then based on the participants’ performance, the participant may have the opportunity to either stay in application engineering or rotate into another area such as technical sales/marketing, project management, quality engineering, or manufacturing engineering. Responsibilities will vary depending upon the rotation activities and projects associated with each department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering
- GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 overall
- Strong commitment to engineering and manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- High attention to detail
- Exemplary ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- High degree of self-motivation to learn, improve, and work towards goals
- Strong planning and organization skills
