Looking for a Technical Support Specialist with at least 5 plus years of experience providing phone, desktop and email support on hardware and software issues for global users. Must be proficient with Active Directory, Windows 10, & Office 365. Support PC and MAC hardware, printers, and mobile devices. Strong working knowledge of networking, wireless, servers, telecom and security concepts. Will support users in Europe. Hours will be 5am-1pm daily.
Ideal individual will have a degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Technical Certifications a plus (MCSE, MCP, ITIL, A+). Must possess a “can do” attitude, and a willingness to provide the highest level of service.
