If you’re a rising senior in college or are someone looking for a career change and are keen on pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing, Fingerpaint has a summer internship that might interest you. It’s a chance to work with our team on client solutions, offering a hands-on experience.
As an intern with Fingerpaint Group, you’ll spend 10 weeks, 30 hours a week, immersed in our culture. You’ll work with industry experts, gaining practical knowledge and contributing to client projects. The environment is collaborative, with expertise in various areas. The internship is set to run from June 3rd-Aug 9th.
This role is largely remote, but will require being a drivable distance to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office for a few trips throughout the summer.

What does the digital production team do?
Digital Producers at SPLICE are client facing and an agency leader: responsible for directing teams in the design and development of digital marketing projects and products. They provide technical project management and oversight, are the lead vendor/partner managers, and act as technical leads for brand teams and new business efforts with the goal of delivering the highest quality projects & services on-time.
Overview of the digital production internship:
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of software development a plus
- Familiarity with macOS or PC as well as other technological devices
- Ability to collaborate with a mostly remote cross-functional team in different time zones as well as with third-party development partners
- Ensure critical information is communicated in real-time and all resources are working together efficiently
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to jump in and ready to work under pressure. They have specific interest and experience in digital production (interactive web design, UX/UI, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, Web Development, QA, Digital Project Planning). They have a background in computer technology, web/app design, or digital marketing, and they’re able to work independently and learn on the fly.
