Position Overview:
As a Junior HRIS Analyst, you will support the HRIS team in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s HRIS system. You will assist in system configuration, data management, and end-user support, working closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the HRIS system meets the needs of the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR technology and a desire to grow in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
- HRIS System Support: Assist Sr. HRIS Analyst with the HR system through projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of functionality. Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional users to coordinate application of enhancements or fix
- Data Management: Assist in the collection, validation, and entry of HR data into the HRIS system. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assist in the development and generation of HRIS reports and analytics to support HR and business decisions. Ensure data is presented accurately and in a format that is easy to understand.
- Training and Documentation: Assist in the development and maintenance of HRIS training materials and documentation. Provide training to new users and support ongoing training initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Assist in the implementation of system enhancements.
- Compliance and Security: Assist in ensuring HRIS compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Follow best practices for data privacy and security.
- Production Support:, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Managing permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and setting for HRIS users.

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with UKG HRIS system administration, maintenance, and reporting. Experience with BI reporting and analysis required.
- Expert-level with Microsoft Excel and proficient in other MS applications.
- Excellent analytical, technical skills
- Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle data, reports and information in a confidential manner at all times
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Minimum Physical Requirements: Sedentary
- Bending: Limited or minimal bending required.
- Lifting: Minimal lifting, if any, usually for light objects, up to 10 pounds.

Salary Range: $56,453.00 to $75,271.00
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
