Engaging all Huskies in this grassroots movement for social and climate justice. At UCCO, we mobilize for diversity, equity, and climate action. We resist institutional racism, sexism, xenophobia, and Islamophobia. We acknowledge climate change as the global emergency it is. We collaborate to innovate change through discourse. We prioritize intersectionality to create sustainable solutions that represent everyone and ensure that no person or facet of an issue goes overlooked or undermined.
o Collaborative Organizing: Huskies of all identities contributing to the conversations necessary to innovate change and set forth each call to action.
o Community Organizing: To go beyond representation and forge an inclusive community where the cultural capital of all huskies is embraced, respected, and celebrated.
o Coalition Organizing: For initiatives and missions to be driven by the most competent and confident leaders and stakeholders.
