The primary function of oSTEM is to educate and foster leadership among STEM students from LGBTQA communities. One goal is to cultivate top STEM talent and prepare each student for the workforce. With support from corporate, academic, and government institutions, we also hope to achieve our vision of being the most valued and trusted professional resource for LGBTQA students in the STEM fields.
