Windham Heights After School Tutorial Program emphasizes mentoring and tutoring elementary level students through homework help that stresses reading and participating in various activities. The program specifically targets students in 1st-5th grade who live in the Windham Heights Apartment Complex in Willimantic, Connecticut. This community-based initiative aims to help students complete their homework and create healthy relationships with their potential mentors.
Students volunteer with the program will any day between Mondays-Thursday 3:30-6:00pm.
