Handshake is a web-based recruiting system which allows the Center for Career Development to manage many of the recruiting-related activities we offer to students. Students who would like to participate in on-campus interviews and/or view electronic job postings MUST register in Handshake and utilize the system to view job openings, apply for positions, and sign up for interviews.
*It is recommended that you use Google Chrome as your browser with Handshake.
All students logging into the Handshake system must use their University NetID and password (NetID and Password Information). Questions regarding Handshake can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Handshake student help center, click here.
Alumni can create an account in Handshake. Using your school email address (or personal email address if you no longer use your UConn email), follow the directions to sign up for a new account. Within 2 business days from submission of the form you will receive access to your account. Should you run into any difficulty, please email email@example.com with your full name, PeopleSoft number, personal email address, phone number and date of birth.

Request account access to Handshake by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Included in the email should be the purpose of use for the system so the Center for Career Development can determine what type of account access is required.
